The only reason I do not give it 5 out of 5 stars, is I find the could be easier (easier to disassemble and should be able to partly put in washer). That said, great product, runs smoothly, and the design seems well thought out. I would not recommend it for a real butcher shop, but for a minor deli, or a private person (as myself), who wants something semi-professionel, instead of a cheap mini-machine, this is truly an awesome machine. I have used a cheap model before where it took me 5-10 seconds to cut a slice, and I have no professionel experience with the meat industry, but could get a slice in roughly 1 second or less, after having used it one or two times.
