I live in the deep south and sometimes I just can’t keep my plants watered enough. After reading reviews I settled on this product and have loved it. I use plastic juice or cola bottles. I went by the directions and angled the tip of the spike towards the root of the plant, works great. I still have to water every day during the hot months but now I know that the water is getting to the root of the plant instead of running off. I use a water jug to go around to my plants and replenish the water in the bottles, much easier than having to drag the hose around or letting the plants sit in a tub of water for 30 minutes to an hour each day. I have not used them inside yet but have no doubt they will work great.
