Step 1: Create the mold for your teeth
Heat the mouth tray in hot water for about 10 seconds. Put the mouth tray over your teeth, use your fingers and gently and the trays firmly against the teeth to firm a secure mold.
Step 2: Compare your teeth with the closest shade on the 3D mold.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to both mouth trays and spread evenly (0.25 to 0.4ml for each tray).
Step 4: Insert the mouth trays over your teeth and mold it firmly against them.
Step 5: Keep the mold in place for up to 10 minutes, remove and rinse your mouth.
