How To Use The Sous Vide Cooking Machine
• Prepare a pot of water and attach the cooking machine to it. Set the time and the temperature that you want your food to cook.
• Place food in a vacuum-sealed bag and make sure to attach it to the pot as well.
* Press ON for 3 seconds. The cooker will show the current temperature. Press “work time” button. Set the temperature.
• When it’s done, it’s up to you if you want to pan sear, broil or grill the food to add some texture on the outside.

Chicken: 30 minutes at 140°F/60°C
Salmon: 30-45 minutes at 10°F/43°C
Steak: 6 hours at 132°F/55.5°C,
Eggs: 10 minutes at 140°F/60°C

I ordered this as it resembles the Chefman model, which I also have. It looks the same, and functionality is identical apart from you can only adjust the temperature in whole degrees. The Chefman allows 0.1 degree increments. Dimensions are approx 42x17x9cm. I’ve ordered a fishing rod case which hopefully should accommodate this perfectly. I recommend using a cooler box, as they’re well insulated and you can cut the lid if required, or use cling film to save energy. The walls of my cooler are 24mm, and that’s about the maximum the clip will open up to. So, all in all I’m pleased with the machine, it seems accurate within a degree or two and heats up the water pretty quickly. Hopefully it will be reliable. Pleasant store too.
