посылку получила вовремя, все работает. по поводу эффекта похудения пока говорить рано, сегодня была только первая пробная 10 минутная тренировка с утра. но!!! это реально работает, чувствуется напряжение и работа мелких мышц при вибрации. так организм пытается стабилизировать тело при тряске. также опробовала режим бега и быстрого бега. если учесть,что ты ничего особенного не делал,а просто стоял на платформе с телефоном в руке, это просто потрясающе!!! обильное потоотделение началось примерно с 4 минуты после начала занятий, и продолжалось примерно час после окончания тренировки. такое обычно бывает после полноценной тренировки по бегу!!! так что обещанный лимфодренаж однозначно присутствует, и обмен веществ это точно ускоряет. буду надеяться немного похудеть с помощью этого товара. продавцу спасибо миллион раз, удачи в бизнесе. а по поводу похудения, планирую дополнить отзыв через месяц.
