This two piece set of finger extension trainers is a great pickup to work otherwise under utilized and exercised muscles. We so often focus on grip strength and finger flexion, and often completely neglect extensor muscles. This set of two allows for 6 separate weights, so you can work up the resistance as you train. My fingers fit nicely, and the grips slip into the wrist band nicely. I do wish that the wrist band had a loop closure. Instead it's just a small piece of velcro that a larger piece closes over. It's difficult to get it nice and tight with only one hand, so a loop would allow doubling back on itself and easy operation with one hand. The finger holes are well Fitting and hold on well.
