I brought this glove for my husband as a gift. I actually tested the glove by using fish scaler because he goes fishing a lot and we need to clean many fish every month. It works very well. No cut on hand definitely and the glove looks good too.

After receiving these gloves, I used one of our extremely-sharp carbon-steel Japanese chef’s knives to try to slice through a finger of the glove — no luck, they were impervious to the slicing attempt, which is very comforting news. Many of such gloves show a hand gripping the sharp blade, but as any chef knows, the cuts to your fingers happen when slicing and chopping. Plus, as an added advantage to these gloves, they are sleek and form-fitting, which provides great dexterity. As a comparison, we purchased the MoiChef gloves at the same time — our knife sliced right through a finger of the glove, and also, they are very clunky to wear. Not all of the glove types are the same, but we highly recommend the No Cry gloves.

I actually tested the product by slicing with a knife, and I was amazed that it didn’t even leave traces! I don’t care how careful you are with mandolin, it hurts you anyway. Put on this glove, you no longer have to worry about it. Its reliability, comfort and durability. Another good thing is that they come in pairs, so each set has two gloves for any one hand. This is definitely worth it, I like it!

Glove fits well, feels solid. I cook quite a lot at home and like to keep my knives sharp. If taking the skin off a fish or cutting up a lot of stuff fast for a salad, even an experianced chef will cut himself evey now and then. So more of a precaution really.

This is a great company I had an issue with the gloves and they got back to me immediately and solve the problem the customer service was amazing and I will definitely be buying more gloves from them in the future I do recommend them for anybody that owns a restaurant for their employees The sizes do run a little small keep that in mind when you’re purchasing I’m very happy with the product thank you guys for taking care of a good customer.

I love to cook and have a set of professional knives which I keep very sharp. While I do most of the cooking my wife often helps out as my prep chef. I’ve always worried about accidents when cutting slippery ingredients so I was pleased when I found these cut resistant gloves. Fortunately, my hands are only slightly larger than my wife’s so we should be able to share a pair.
