The truth is, for my surprise, it’s going great. You press the rice great and if you leave enough space for both layers to join it goes super well. The first time a mess, I threw a lot of rice, but you get the trick right away and it goes great. Surely the best way to eat Sushy at home. Easy fast and even healthier.
