Delivery is super-fast, only 9 days from China to the Moscow region! The pan is pleasant to hold in your hands: it feels its weight 🙂 The handle is removable-wooden. I calmed it in the oven (here it came in handy that the handle is removed) and tried in the case-nothing sticks. Unlike the seasonings cooked on a normal round pan, these-not only look more beautiful and even, but also have another structure: more dense, do not relax. If you like Japanese cuisine, this is a definitely worthwhile purchase. In addition, тамагояки is one of the few dishes that my son eats-Little. And prepared in this pan, he even liked more than the ones I usually did.
