The store must improve on the packaging. Just read the reviews and they all say the same. I received the box crumpled but luckily no damage. The instruction leaflets doesn’t say how to burn the top layer for the first time. You must switch the hotplate when there is good ventilation because the fumes are harmful to your health. It took 12 minutes to boil just water in a small ibrik (Finjan, Cezve) and in winter it can take much longer. I am not sorry I ordered it but I expected faster boiling time.
