It works properly. It amplifies the ambient sound well, and does its function. My parents are older and they miss their ear and notice improvement when listening to tv or people who talk to them. The first time it was used had a continuous background noise, but from what i’m told when charging the battery well it’s taken away. it’s very comfortable to power charge it with your adapter. The charger sent it to me with an american plug connection. It’s the only catch, for now, and i ‘ve had to pick up at home until i find an adapter. I hope it lasts.
