    Everything was perfect from the ordering to the delivery. The package was in perfect condition, the machine looks very nice and have all the additional adapters and other equipment. And also the shop sent me and additional gifts like you can see from the picture.

    I really appreciate what they did here. I used it for various Nespresso capsules and Dulce Gusto that consists of two different capsules (coffee and milk). But I also ordered a Lavazza adapter (the H1A one fits). I changed the volumes for the water according to the recommendations for Nespresso (Espresso 40ml on the first one and Lungo 110ml on the third one plus Dolce Gusto 170ml on the fifth one). I did not play around with pre brew yet as I am trying out too many capsules and want to settle first before I fine tune (same goes for temperature). The water tank could be a bit bigger but is easy to fill so I do not mind. I wish it had programmable profile buttons but as Hibrew seems to evolve their coffee makers over time… (wishful thinking ;). I could fit big mugs as you can remove the drip tray. It was slightly more difficult while using the DG adapter as it is slightly longer but no real issue. It heats up fast and I get a nice crema on top 👍 BTW: Press the NP capsule all the way in

    El artículo es perfecto, igual a las fotos aunque el color es ligeramente diferente. Lo adquirí el 11/11 en promoción y se suponía que hasta final de diciembre no lo enviarían. El vendedor me contactó vía WhatsApp el 27/12 para solicitarme que cancelara porque, según él, Fedex no entregaba en mi ciudad. Le dije que eso lo debería haber dicho cuando aceptó mi pedido y que yo ya tenía otra igual comprada a ellos y no tuve problemas. Me dijo que tendría que abonar 40€ de aranceles y no tuve problemas, pero para mi sorpresa he abonado 63.41€. Yo iba a cancelar al día siguiente de la conversación y me di cuenta que ya la había enviado. En definitiva, el producto un 10, el vendedor deja bastante que desear en lo que se refiere a gestionar con el cliente. El envío (a través de Fedex) muy rápido.
