    I use a LOT of garlic, and I absolutely hate mincing it. A garlic press gives mashed garlic which is good for some recipes, but not for all (plus a press is always a pain to clean). The Rocker produces garlic somewhere between minced and pressed, but since it’s more like minced than mashed, it’s good for my purposes. Expect some flattened residual garlic just like with a press.

    I’ll be using this gadget on almost a daily basis.
