The Cutting Process

    The design is similar to nicer dicer, which has served my family for more than 10 years. I can’t say how much this will last, but this is the best garlic chopper i ‘ve ever met. To cut garlic in small cubes you need to make two passes: 1. install the grid with longitudinal holes. Cut into slices. 2. install the grid with square holes and cut already slices. Convenient cleaning: to do this, you need to pull out the protective plate (in the photo it is removed and inserted in the gaps between the pins of the lid)
