Your fruits must be frozen for at least 12 hours so you can achieve a perfect frozen dessert ice cream. Place the fruits in a clean container or plastic bags before freezing. Cut big fruits into smaller pieces and in cubes before freezing so you can easily just put them right after on the machine after freezing. You can use different fruits in one batch but put them alternately so they can all mix together inside the machine.
