Digital Hygrometer LCD Display

Make sure the weather never inconveniences you with this Digital Hygrometer! It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use! One of the main issues with weather is its uncertainty. You could be playing outside on a sunny day then suddenly rains pour out of nowhere. This may be a minor inconvenience for some but not to those whose works are entirely affected. Many works rely on good weather such as farming, for example. They rely on the weather to decide if they should plant certain crops or not. Otherwise, they can waste resources such as time and money. The digital hygrometer measures water vapor that equals to humidity. This and temperature are good indicators of the weather for the entire day.

Battery-Powered Device

The good thing about this device is that its power source is 1 piece of 1.5V battery (not included in the package). It also has a low power consumption which means you can save on electricity and use it for a longer time. Another advantage of it is that it is a digital device. It measures more accurately and displays the results on an LCD screen. This makes it easier to read and it has a 12-hour or 24-hour display function too.

Specifications

The device has a temperature and humidity error value of only 10%. Also, there are two variants which are the HTC-1  (indoor) and the HTC-2 (In-Outdoor). You can set the temperature settings in units of Celcius or Fahrenheit. The digital hygrometer also has the following functions: clock, date and calendar functions.  For your convenience, it has an everyday alarm function that you can set. You can also choose to mount it on a wall or simply place it on a desktop. Its temperature and humidity ranges are -58 to 158  °F and 10% to 99% RH, respectively. Its humidity accuracy is -/+10% RH. Finally, it comes with a user manual to guide you in setting up the hygrometer.

    For a low cost Temperature & Humidity sensor it appears to do the job. One thing to note, compared to another more expensive/accurate? unit, this units temperature is out by about 2 – 3 % and the humidity is way out at around 15 – 20% , I purchased only for the temp, so happy with what was received for the price.

    The screen arrived cracked as the item was not in a box. The internal temperature is too high by one degree. I woundn’t recommend this item as worth buying. The store just pointed out that thermometer can have an error of 10% so it is of no use. Do not purchase!

    After removing all protective films on the front panel there are some circles, the information on the display was not fully displayed. In dispute, the store offered to change the battery and remove the film from the display. I had to disassemble the case and pry the display cable, the circles did not go anywhere to not polish the same device for 200 rubles. The stars are removed for frank marriage and the reluctance of the seller to recognize the fact of marriage.

    Good for your money thermometer. Differences between external and internal sensors are insignificant. Body temperature determined ± precisely. The length of the outdoor sensor is about 1 m.
