First of all, the package was really well packed so kids to that. The pads were too thin so I had to rub my eyelids slightly to rid of the eyeliner which wasn’t too much. I used 2 pads but there was still residual make-up, so I finally had to use my regular eye makeup remover on a cotton pad to clean everything (see pic) and soothe my eyes which got a little irritated by the Bioaqua pads solution and probably the rubbing didn’t help. I would stick with my regular eye makeup remover and maybe use the pads only to clean my face. Oh the product’s smell isn’t that pleasant but absolutely bearable.
