The tent is super! For a single tent this is probably the best design of those that I have met, even among famous brands. The quality is excellent, all items made well. For nothing, some complain about the ventilation, which now opens only outside. Because the old option could have passed, now it will not be. There are not perfect moments of course. The footprint type under the tent is a little large, does not stretch, but hangs freely. Pockets could be made at least a couple. And the hook on the ceiling for the flashlight would not interfere. But in principle it is already very small.

Sewn neatly (but Velcro sharp). Fabric quality. Tent with a futprint without arc is compressed to 1L. External arcs-good! But heavy In very bad cold weather (sea, strong fog) all in condensate. But the volume allows you not to touch the walls and sleep normally. Without the opportunity to dry the tent-the second night will be in the puddle. In normal nights, there is no condensate at all. On the entrance grid is a zipper with one runner! Very uncomfortable and bad ( There is no gain in the mounting area of hanging roof hooks-the weakest place of the tent! Heavy and uncomfortable hooks. MSR is much easier and faster. Useless pocket-lies on the floor. Weak accessories for pulling out the tambour. Fastening under the stretch marks on the arches is good. But tying is uncomfortable. When packing, everything is confused. We need quick-release clamps. The floor of a stronger fabric will be better than futprint-more reliable with less weight. There is no visor for raining, as on MSR ( Magnetic fasteners are convenient, but lead to the fact that the zipper is buying the fabric.

I have a Naturehike Star River store for two people for a couple of years and I am very happy with she. That’s why I decided to acquire the VIK of 1 square, for exits where weight is a decisive factor. I have received the store in a couple of days from the date of purchase, shipping from Spain. All fast and the package properly packed. At the moment I just set her up at home to check it was all right, so I cannot value its use on the outside and its result in the wind or rain. As explained in the store description, it is single layer. The weight, with the canvas for the floor, is 1300 gr. (Compared to the 2700 gr of The Star River, although this is two-seater and double-layer). I am somewhat concerned about the quality of the finishes and materials, since only to mount it the first time has the seam of one of the hitches detached. More time I’ll be able to assess whether it was a coincidence or not.
