    Ordered the holder 21.01.19, on january 27 the store sent it. Only the order remained on the territory of the seller-after a couple of days stopped tracking (lost in china). The seller offered to reship at his own expense, i agreed. And then the failure-the order almost reached the destination, “turned” in the opposite direction-from irkutsk to belgorod (went on the second circle in russia). At the post of russia i was informed that the seller “confused the index of the recipient”. The seller claimed otherwise. As a result, i had to open a dispute not to lose money. Thank you for calling with p/o belgorod, specifying the address, sent back. As a result, i received an order only after 70 days with a bunch of parcels. The dispute managed to cancel, than pleased the seller. The holder was packed by the seller perfectly, but the horizontal tube was on one side all scratched. From this i conclude that the defect was already before sending.

    The parcel came very quickly-in 11 days. The shipment was made on the day of payment. The package was excellent-a whole fur coat made of puffy polyethylene, closed on top of the package and tightly wrapped with tape. Despite this, a small dent appeared on the cross.
