It can clean and test standard injectors, EFI, FEI, Piezoelectric fuel injectors, as well as GDI injectors such as for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Ford, and other direct injection engines.  It comes with multi voltages available for GDI injectors, which enables to adapt for different types of injector testing. Gasoline direct injection is a technology that injects fuel directly into the cylinder and mixes it with the intake air. Compared to conventional injectors, the use of GDI can help improve engine efficiency and specific power output as well as reduce exhaust emissions. CT400 not only supports GDI, EFI, FSI and other types of fuel injectors, but also compatible with common standard fuel injectors. The CT400 is available in three voltages to drive the GDI injectors, 12V, 70V and 120V, which basically covers the injectors of the majority vehicle brands in Europe, America and Asia.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it’s recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.
