I absolutely LOVE these!!!! I’m pretty short, 5’3″. Sometimes I like to get height without the high heels. These give me about 3 extra inches and I love to wear them with my platform high tops. They can provide extra foot cushioning, they feel “gel” like. Very squishy! They don’t slide around in my shoes but they can make putting on a tight show pretty tricky. These will only work in shoes that have room. High tops, booties or boots should work. These won’t fit in my regular tennis shoes unless I only use one or two of the foot inserts. Using all three would be to tick and would turn my shoe into a slip on. Overall great product!! I’ll buy more!

I bought these because of posture alignment to help with my arch.Be sure to buy shoes or boots at least 1/2 size larger to fit properly or you will have sores on your instep.They work great with tennis shoes .very good product.
